1. Agreement to Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

4. Vehicle Sale Process

4.1 Instant Offer

The instant offer provided through our platform is based on the information you provide about your vehicle. This offer is preliminary and subject to verification during physical inspection.

4.2 Offer Validity

Offers are valid for 7 days or 250 additional miles driven, whichever comes first. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers if:

• The vehicle condition differs from what was described
• Information provided was inaccurate or incomplete
• The vehicle has undisclosed damage or mechanical issues
• Title or ownership issues are discovered
• The vehicle has been in an unreported accident

4.3 Vehicle Inspection

A physical inspection of your vehicle is required to finalize the sale. During inspection, we will verify:

• Vehicle identification number (VIN)
• Mileage and overall condition
• Mechanical functionality
• Title and ownership documents
• Any damage or modifications

4.4 Final Sale

Upon successful inspection and acceptance of the final offer, you agree to transfer ownership of the vehicle to Vins & Miles. All sales are final and cannot be reversed once payment has been processed.

5. User Responsibilities and Representations

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete
• You have full legal authority to sell the vehicle
• The vehicle is free from undisclosed liens or encumbrances (or you have disclosed all liens)
• You will provide all necessary documentation for the sale
• The vehicle has not been reported as stolen
• You will remove all personal belongings before vehicle pickup
• You will maintain the vehicle condition until pickup
• You will not misrepresent the vehicle's condition, history, or specifications

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Methods

Payment for your vehicle will be made via:

• Corporate check
• ACH bank transfer
• Wire transfer (for amounts over $50,000)

6.2 Payment Timeline

Payment will be initiated immediately upon completion of the vehicle inspection and transfer of ownership. ACH transfers typically process within 1-2 business days. Checks are provided on-site at the time of pickup.

6.3 Loan Payoffs

If your vehicle has an outstanding loan, we will work directly with your lender to process the payoff. Any amount exceeding the loan balance will be paid to you. If the loan exceeds our offer, you must pay the difference or arrange alternative financing.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to sell stolen vehicles
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems or software to extract data
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Sell vehicles you don't own or have authority to sell

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VINS & MILES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8.3 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO YOU FOR YOUR VEHICLE OR $1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vins & Miles, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or rights of a third party
• Any misrepresentation regarding vehicle ownership or condition
• Your negligent or wrongful conduct

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation thereof, is the property of Vins & Miles or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

11. Privacy
